Because every hat is made to order for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on arrival.

If your item arrives with a defect, or incorrect design, please contact us at info@cafirst.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
